The goal is to start doing pull-ups 5 times a day on the pull-up bar in the kitchen.
By the end of August, I wanna be able to do 20 in a row with ease.
Start doing push-ups again.
Running every night and every morning.
Biking more.
Ab blasting constantly.

I need to motivate myself. I wanna rock the Rough Rider Marathon.
