50 Blocks to the Square

I'm getting back into the swing of things. Rocked my yoga. The last few weeks I've been skipping the breathing excercises and the relaxation phase. This was a poor choice. Now that I've gotten back into the full yoga session, I'm feeling a lot better.

Went for a half-an-hour run with my sister right before brunch. It's shaping up to be a beautiful day. The run was amazing, even though I destroyed my right calf yesterday. Eventually it will even itself out again. I'm in no rush otherwise.

Tomorrow I am going to start weight-lifting again. I'm really excited for it. It's going to be grand to be building muscle again.
